Query Management
SCiAN’s CDM group can assist the Sponsor with managing queries that have been generated by:
- CDM medical review
- Sponsor/CRA/Site
- Off-line data validation
- 3rd party data reconciliation
- SAE reconciliation
- Coding of study data
Query management services include posting the queries into the database system, tracking the queries, reviewing site resolutions, and reissuing/closing the queries.
